Examples of CTAs include “Schedule Your Appointment Today!” or “Get Started Now!” These buttons can be really helpful in driving leads from potential customers who are just browsing around online looking for something specific but haven’t quite decided what to purchase yet.
Another thing that you should avoid when conducting local SEO is letting your competitors dictate how you run your business. For example, if there’s already a major competitor in the area that has been around for decades and has established itself as the go-to business in town, then it might not make sense for you to try and compete with them directly. You would be better off focusing on something entirely different!
The next most common mistake is not putting enough effort into monitoring the results that come from your local SEO efforts. You need to keep track of where traffic is coming from and what kind of impact it has on your bottom line so that if something goes wrong or needs adjusting, you’ll know what action needs to be taken immediately!
Last, asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s smart business! Don’t try to take on everything yourself. You’ll just end up wasting time trying things that might not work out.
