Page names should be original and precise.
The “description” meta tag should be used.
Make your URLs more logically structured.
Make it simple for visitors to find their way through your website.
According to Google’s Webmaster Rules, link schemes that do not adhere to these guidelines will be penalized by the search engine giant. Google defines a link scheme as any “link-based” attempt to manipulate search engine results.

Links aimed for manipulating the PageRank of a website Selling links, exchanging products or services for links, or offering someone a “free” product in return for them writing about it and inserting a link are all examples of this practice. Links with optimized anchor text in articles or press releases published on other websites are other examples. This may be seen in the difference between a website that publishes meaningful material that isn’t overtly promotional, and a website that publishes numerous anchor-texted links in the content.
