There are a lot of tools you can use to track backlinks. Tracking backlinks is an extremely important part of SEO, and it can be confusing to know how to do it. Luckily, there are a variety of tools that can help you do this in different ways.
In this video, we’ll go over some of the most commonly used tools for tracking backlinks!
The first tool is Ahrefs. This tool allows you to see all of the backlinks that are pointing to your website, as well as which sites those links came from. You can even see how many clicks each link has received and what kind of anchor text they use.
Another great tool is Moz Open Site Explorer. This tool gives you information about the domains linking to your site, including where they’re located and what type of content they have on their pages.
Essentially, Ahrefs and Moz are two paid tools that help you find out which sites link to yours, how many links those sites have, and how much traffic they bring in. Both tools allow you to see where your site ranks in search results for specific keywords, so you know if your SEO efforts are working or not.
However, if you’re looking for something more basic than these two tools, Majestic Site Explorer has a free version available that will give you some basic information about who is linking to your site and how often those links are being clicked on by users visiting your page!
Fourthly, you can use Google Search Console. Google Search Console is a free tool that was created by Google to help webmasters improve their websites. You can use it to see which pages on your site are indexed by Google, how many pages have been indexed, who links to you, and how much traffic those links bring. You can also see when your site has been found through search queries and get reports on the most popular keywords used to find it.
The last tool we’ll talk about is SEMrush. SEMRush is also paid but has some features that Ahrefs doesn’t have. SEMRush lets you track keywords for organic search engine optimization (SEO), as well as adwords campaigns and social media, so it’s a great option if you want more than just backlink tracking.
